PROJECT CHARTER-ROAD RECONSTRUCTION AND WIDENING - Anuj sharma ID-130008842(civil) SUMMARY-The following document provides a Project Charter for Reconstruction and widening of Tristram Ave which is scheduled to be reconstructed from 15 MAY 2015 to 16 JULY 2015.This project is funded by NZTA and Local Authorities. This is a well-planned program of maintenance and reconstruction of the road to deal with future traffic and flood water increases. VISION- Roads, and means of transport, make a crucial contribution to economic development and growth and bring important social benefits. Roads are among the most important public assets in many countries. Road improvements bring immediate and sometimes dramatic benefits to road users through improved access to hospitals, schools, and markets; improved comfort, speed, and safety; and lower vehicle operating costs.
